I cannot recommend a better place to take your car. I was visiting Cbeyanne and ended up needing a tire repair. I don't know the area so I just googled the closest place. The team was so knowledgeable, quick and friendly. The prices were so reasonable and I just felt like I was really being taken care of. I highly recommend this business.

I just stopped in on the way by from Minneapolis having fought with a balance issue for 15 hours. Kelvin went above and beyond to help my wife and I out. This is one of the most helpful, kind and honest shops I've ever seen in my 20 years of playing with cars and road tripping all over the country. I've been to every Continental US State and you rarely find a place like this. Would absolutely recommend to anyone - don't be worried that it looks truck centric, they sorted me and my little tuned up Lexus IS300 zero problems. Kelvin, thank you so much. You're a lifesaver.

Awesome guys! Needed an alignment and a steer tire and I was in and out in 1.5hrs without an appointment and their tires are $200 cheaper than Love’s!!!!!!! Definitely recommend

I was referred to Fatboys Tires and Auto by a gentleman who helped get me on the road after he did what he could for my flat tire. When I arrived at Fatboys Tire and Auto I didn't know what to think and quickly found that these guys knowing I was in a tough situation went above and beyond to get me a tire that would work until I could afford one myself. I'm not saying my experience will be yours but I better bet if they are in a position to help you can count them to do their best. I am still amazed at how fast and efficient these guys were even though they had other customers there before me and had to have a tire delivered from another store and before I knew it I was safely back on the road. Thank you, Fatboys Tires and Auto!!!!

Outstanding!! Professional and pleasant to talk to. When they got me in, they found the leak in my tire (an inner dually), fixed it, and had me on my way in 5 minutes. Service and customer service as it should be.

Truly an amazing place best Bang for your buck and good customer quality service I came here to fix a flat On my hotshot trailer which which by the way they do work on bigger trucks and not only got a new tire pretty quick but also found a nail in my tire That went unnoticed Devon looked at the tire and so it had a nail which was patchable Since I already Bought a tire He opted to fix it for free I offered the pay He kindly said no I couldn't ask for better customer service from this place I appreciate it thanks.

Had scheduled for fat boys to come out to my ranch and put 2 rear tires on my case tractor. The service technician was prompt and on time. It was a difficult task because the rear tires are very large and weigh several hundred pounds. And had been on tractor for 30 years. They were like concrete. It took several hours and this young man by himself took on this task. He should of had at least 1 other guy but he did the job never complained. He's a professional and kudos to him for his service. Give that guy a big raise. Very good reliable employee. Thanks Isaiah probably spelled wrong. But thanks again to him and the staff at fat boys tire.

The shop was clean and the workers were over the top professional. They made accommodations to get my fifth wheel in and out so we could get back on the road. If I lived in Cheyenne this would be my go to place. The property was also super accommodating for a person with a large trailer.

Absolutely awesome place. Sometimes you get the feeling you're getting ripped off or being taken advantage of by mechanics but not this place! I got a flat late last night while passing through Cheyenne in my motorhome. After being let down by my roadside assistance, I limped my way to this location after the highway patrol made the recommendation. I parked overnight, woke up early to get the process started. I was fully prepared to buy a new tire today but Loren saved me a ton of money by plugging and patching my tire. They were very nice and understanding. Can't say enough good things! If you have an RV or motorhome definitely go to these guys.

We rented a vehicle and the tire pressure light was on. Because we had far to travel, the leak needed to be repaired. When we came to Fat Boy's Tire & Auto, the staff was incredibly kind, immediately repaired the tire and wouldn't accept payment. I found Fat Boys through a friend. After an awful experience with a Big-Name competitor, and being lied to, I needed someone I could trust. I drove up from North of Denver to get the service I needed. I worked with Mitchell, Brian, Dean, and Loren. Honestly - best customer service experience I’ve had in a while. I will continue to drive as far as I need to in order to get Fat Boys service on my truck.Thank you guys for a fantastic deal and an even better experience. Buying tires doesn’t have to be a pain anymore!

Brian was absolutely amazing today he got me in immediately and fixed not one but two of my tires that had nails in them. All of the guys were super nice and helpful! They really made my whole day turn around!! Highly recommend them to everyone!!

We were passing through and needed an odd size tire. They had one in stock and hooked us up with two other trailer tires we needed. Knowledgeable staff and they were quick. Another local tire shop would have had us waiting two hours before they got to us but Fat Boys had us back on the road in under an hour of showing up. Brian and Laurin helped us out, quality work and a great shop.

Had a tire blow out on my semi truck. Limped it to Fat Boys. They set me up with a new tire and had me out the door quick! I have never had a tire swapped that quick. Super helpful friendly staff!

Big Ups to all the guys at Fat Boys tires, these guys got me in for 8 new drive tires and a 3 axle alignment in about 2 hours. Fastest service and awesome pricing will keep me coming back. Called late in the day looking to get four tires replaced on my ambulance-turned-camper. Andrew was super helpful over the phone with options and told me they could have the tires in by 9 the next morning. When I showed up earlier than planned, they got right to work and got all four tires changed in less than an hour. Friendly, professional, fast and fairly priced — what more could you ask for?!

Noticed our rear tires on our camper trailer were worn out while at the KOA. Went to fat boys and they took great care of us and even sent us over to a mechanic to check the wheel bearings right away.

On June 4, 2019, I experienced a blowout on the inside rear tire of our RV just as we were entering WY near Pine Bluff. I worked with Good Sam Road Assistance and a young man from Fat Boys Tire & Auto Truck Center from Cheyenne was out within about an hour or so (60 miles away). What a super nice young man. He had the tires off and new tires remounted in about 30 minutes and got us back on the road quickly. No more issues the rest of the 5K mile trip! If I were local I'd definitely do business with these folks again!

Phenomenal team at Fat Boys truck center! I brought my motorhome in to get a spare wheel without an appointment. The guys at Fat Boys got me in even though they were busy. They quickly realized i needed a rare wheel and the closest one was in Florida. They were able to get the wheel to the shop quickly, mounted/balanced and got me back on the road for the RV season. Best service in town, I will be coming back and I will recommend this center to everyone!

Being a Hotshot driver its hard to find a decent tire shop. We’ve been here a few times and everytime we come through here, this is my Go-To tire shop. Great service, amazing crew. Definately my favorite tire shop. Their crew always does us right everytime! They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. They take pride in their work and it shows.
