We had a tire with a puncture that happened just outside of Laramie. We took it to Fat Boys and they got us back on the road quickly. They were prompt and did a great job of patching the tire. Would recommend them to anyone that asks.

We had sudden car trouble during the middle part of our road trip. The team here were able to fit us in same day, explained the issue, and prioritized getting us back on the road before dark. They even provided a shuttle ride for us and our dog so we could explore Downtown Laramie while we waited. Super kind, really nice people, and affordable price. So thankful we happened upon this shop before getting into the more desolate part of the drive. Cannot recommend enough!

Eric and Mitch were extremely helpful in getting my son's truck back on the road, fast and for a reasonable price. My son is a local college student and has very little spare time to deal with car issues. This place has been great to me! I went 3 times in one weeks to get my tire patched, oil changed, and to have them look at a piece that popped out of my car. They were able to pop it back in within seconds. They were very efficent in their work and did it in a timely manner. I would reccomend them to anyone!

can’t say enough good things, we picked up a slow leak on a rental car heading through town to the airport. They had it figured out, fixed and back on the road within 30 minutes. I lost a tire on my trailer while traveling. Most of the guys in the back were at lunch when I showed up. The guy at the front desk took my tire and changed it out rather than having me wait. I was out of there in 15 minutes. Great service from these guys.

While traveling through Wyoming, my car broke down and was towed to fatboys. The service was amazing. They got the car right in, evaluated the problem, ordered the parts, and got the car completely repaired and ready to go is a very short period of time. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Additionally the price they charged was very reasonable.

I had them order some wheels and tires for me. I was very specific on what I wanted and they did a wonderful job at accommodating my requests. When they arrived the tires I wanted were too big. From Utah On my way east on I-80 to KS when a problem arose with my old Mazda 5. Got to Laramie and pulled into Fat Boys. They got it right in, and 15 minute later was on my way. Amazing service - thanks to Eric. Made my day for sure. A big thank you. Will be back when in the area.

Had 4 tires replaced on my BMW X3. Tires were correctly installed (directional), balanced well, wheel lugs were correct tightness, air pressures set, valve caps replaced. They couldn't do my alignment but at least they were honest about their capabilities instead of simply doing it incorrectly. Couldn't ask for much more.

I walked in to get new tires on my pickup, they were very busy and I was happy to wait. However, they squeezed me in so my baby and I could get back home - even over their lunch break.There was also a woman that came in asking for help with a plastic piece that came loose beneath her car while on a road trip. The office guys stopped what they were doing, got it secured and got her back on the road free of charge.Fast, priced fair, outstanding service. Can’t say enough good things!

This was my first experience with Fat Boy Tires, and I was very impressed! I spoke to Eric & Mitch on the phone, and both were polite and professional. When I was there in person, I spoke with Mitch, and he was still very polite. Some auto shops can treat women poorly, but this was not the case here. I purchased tires from Fat Boys, and they also mounted them. My knowledge of tires is very little, so it was nice to be around kind people that could help. The gentleman that helped me after my car was ready, was also very nice/professional. Highly recommend this company!

Cody and team do phenominal things. I had a warranty issue with a set of tires and they took care of all the paper work. All I had to do is sign my name to finish it. They provide amazing service and stand behind the products they sell. They also don't use high pressure sales tatics, they just lay the info out they have, the options and their suggestions and let the customer decide for themselves. They genuinely care about what they do and ensuring the customer is satisfied. I've been a customer of theirs for 5 years and don't intend on stopping anytime soon.

Thank you SO MUCH to Fat Boys Tire & Auto!! We got a flat tire on the way from Midway, Utah back to Denver. We called multiple, probably 10-15, tire places between Rawlins and Larimie and Fat Boys was the only place that had a tire close to what we needed. Not only that, but they put the tire on efficiently and had us back on the road in probably 25 mins. Eric was so nice! Highly recommend them for their efficient service and their wonderful customer service.

This place saved our you know what. Was driving to visit family for Thanksgiving and needed new tires last minute. They got us fixed up quick and for a good price. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this auto mechanic repair shop. I have been going there for about 10 years now and they are highly skilled, they are exceptionally honest and in this day and age, that is a rare thing. They will show you the replaced parts and the stand behind the work done. I buy auto and truck tires from them (Firestone and Bridgestone are my brand) and they sell Interstate brand car batteries, which are top of the line. If you want a good place to get work done on your vehicle, go to Fat Boys. Tell them Neal Heupel sent you, it won't make any difference, but they will still treat you like family.

Usually when you go into tire shops the staff is rude. I'm not sure if it's a tire shop cultural thing or what. Fat Boys has great and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely buy tires from them again. They did a great job and called me when it was done.

I had a flat tire in the area of fat boys they were highly recommended from AAA they took my tire off patched it put it back on swap the spare out put the spare back underneath the truck and checked all the tire pressure gave me a free cap and they were very pleasant and polite.

My drip pan dislodged right when I got into Laramie on a Denver-Boise road trip. It was my sister and I and we thought the trip would have to get canceled.Not only were they available on a Saturday morning, but the guy working the desk came out to the car, explained what happened/what I should do, and then removed the plate free of charge.Thank you for being so kind and professional! As tourists passing through Laramie, we found ourselves in the awful predicament of having a flat tire. We tried one tire shop right off the highway and were greeted with less than an enthusiatic attitude. We then stopped in to the Fat Boys Tire and Auto shop and were assisted immediately. The technicians seemed genuinely happy to help us quickly and efficiently. We won't be able to do business there in the future, but hope by writing this review, that someone else may be able to. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and happy to get back on our way. Thanks!

Went in for some snow chains to be put on and they informed of our bad tires. Not only did they do everything cheaper than anywhere around, they exceeded our expectations with downright brotherly love. They took care of us like we were a part of the family. These guys are great. Suburban didn’t start. First, they delivered me a battery (free of charge). Didn’t start after I changed it. Had it towed in; they replaced the corroded relay. I drove it home. Next day didn’t start again. They were out within a half hour; determined it was the starter. They drove it to the shop, and gave me a discount on labor to boot. I appreciate their effort and their honesty. I’ve already recommended them to several people.

I'm from out of town. Family friend recommended I come here when I had a tire that kept losing air. I walked in with no appointment and they had me in and out in less than an hour and were extremely pleasant. Patched my tire, showed me the screw that was in my tire causing the problem and were extremely reasonably priced. Tony and his crew are great!

I don't usually write reviews, but I was driving across the country in April (mind you in the middle of a pandemic) and got a flat. I had had issues with the particular tire, and it had been flat on and off for the last 6 months despite about 3-4 visits to the local subaru dealership.Fat Boys fixed my car up first thing, and I was in and out in about an hour, and the repair didn't break the bank, and they fixed a chronic problem on my car that subaru couldn't seem to figure out. It is now June, and haven't had any issues with the tire since. I was grateful to get back on the road, and have some peace of mind for the rest of the journey. May not be back, since Laramie is about 1000 miles out of the way, but would highly recommend to anyone passing through, or anyone local as they are no nonsense, were very professional, and did a great job on my car.

I use these guys for my personal tire work and for our shops tire work. I send Tony alot of work and they are always straight forward and have good customer service. Tracy is always a great person to talk to and they really try and help customers with schedule and rides if necessary. I use them exclusively and have never been disappointed and I send lots of work to them

Awesome customer service & Service. Thanks to Jordan we were able to order 4 XL tires for our custom made 26inch rims, receiving them next day. Wait time for service was reasonable and they removed all tires by hand off the rims with no damage to them. I have always had an amazing experience at Fat Boys. I come in right at 5 worried they will close and they always do my tire rotations for me! Staff is always friendly. Haven't had a bad experience yet!

Great guys and great prices! But don't come here with your cheap new tires you bought off the Internet and expect them to put them on. They only put on used tires and in house tires. Bunch of good ol boys here.

They were extremely helpful when I was looking for new tires. I dropped by truck off in the morning and was able to pick up at lunch, fast and efficient. Will definitely being taking my truck here from now on.

My family and I were stuck on the side of the road the weekend after Christmas. It was -10 and nearly midnight. I couldn't get the factory bottle jack under the frame since it was on the ground. Our towing service called every shop on their list and no one would answer. After the service gave up I was able to reach the dispatcher for Fat Boys. Although he wasn't able to reach his technician he jumped into a truck and helped us get back on the road. It was 4am by the time he was finished and Pedro never waivered.

Great shop and quality service. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and friendly. I stopped in believing I had to buy a new tire but they saved me some cash telling me they could fix my flat. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I know where to buy when I am in the market for a new set of tires. I will be visiting the crew at Fat Boys in Laramie.

Fat Boys! Tire and Auto was very helpful and friendly. I needed a new set of 4 tires and called around to all the tire companies in Laramie, WY. Steve from Fat Boys was very helpful and was by far the friendliest person I talked to in Laramie. They worked perfectly with my busy schedule and I am satisfied with the tires themselves and the excellent warranty/ free rotation specials. I would highly recommend Fat Boys!
